Who we are

Lil Boogers is the trade name of Adams Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@adamstechnologies.app, or through our website, adamstechnologies.app.

Playing

Lil Boogers is free to play in a web browser, and playing never needs an account. Your boogers live on your device, in your browser's storage. If that storage is cleared, they're gone, unless you kept a save file.

Accounts

• Accounts are for people 18 or older, the account owner. Children don't have accounts.
• You make one on the account page and sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. Making an account means you agree to these terms. You look after the devices you pair and who uses them, and you can unpair any of them at any time.
• You can stop using your account whenever you like. To have it deleted, ask us; the boogers on your devices stay on them.

Gems and things

• Gems are the game's own play currency. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game, and can't be moved from one booger to another. Each booger's Gems, and the looks and decor it owns, belong to that booger and go wherever it goes.
• As the game changes, what things cost in Gems and how Gems are earned can change too. Something a booger owns stays its own.

Using it fairly

Please don't try to break into Lil Boogers, overload it, or use it to harm anyone. If an account is used that way, we may stop it from syncing. The boogers on its devices stay on them.

The service as it is

We work hard to keep Lil Boogers running and your boogers safe, but it's provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. If a booger matters to you, keep a save file. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with its date, and a big change is shown on the account page before it applies.
